Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help you quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
